future faces of fashion: mission

The Future Faces of Fashion Mission evolves directly from the Stanford Fashion Society Mission.

The Future Faces of Fashion program aims to use all aspects of fashion and the experience and expertise of Stanford Fashion Society staff and student models to cultivate skills pertaining to self-confidence, artistry and leadership among our high school interns. Additionally, given Stanford Fashion Society's focus on multiculturalism, Future Faces of Fashion hopes to develop among our interns a fuller and more international understanding of human beauty. Future Faces of Fashion embodies the second and fourth main principles of Stanford Fashion Society's mission, those of ethnic and cultural diversity and global outreach, through the experiences with which we provide our interns. More concretely, we hope to help interns develop a substantial body of artistic work culminating in presentation at our keynote Spring show.
