charity fashion show: amanda rodriguez award
The first annual Amanda Rodriguez Award, named in her honor, was awarded at Charity Fashion Show 2009 to the person from outside of the CFS Organization that most contributed to our efforts throughout the year. Amanda Rodriguez, from the Stanford Office of Student Activities, worked countless hours to help Charity Fashion Show not only get off the ground, but also to expand and flourish over the course of nine months. She helped develop budgetary goals, sponsorship efforts, relations with Stanford University, and also served as a key personal advisor to Co-Head Coordinators Wayne Hwang and Thom Scher.
Amanda's admirable work was a crucial component in the successful creation of the Largest Fashion Show on the West Coast: CFS 2009. |
